Round Rock Home-Educators Offering Moms Encouragement
Our mission is to provide Christian-based support for homeschooling families in the Round Rock area. We wish to provide a Christian atmosphere for the growth of friendships that will unite and encourage one another.
As homeschooling parents, our desire is to develop Godly, assured, eager-to-learn, self-disciplined children who have the appropriate and necessary skills and abilities with which to perform in society.
Our members can choose one or more of the following:
• A Mom of the Month Team member, which plans, coordinates and hostesses events for one month per year.
• The Mentor Mom Team, a group of moms who are available to help newer home school families with their questions and struggles.
• The auxiliary volunteer team that we can call upon to pitch in when necessary.
Our prayer is that these teams will meet continually throughout the year and build friendships, similar to small groups at church, and members will feel a real connection to RRHOME.
